Frustrated Client

I have tried numerous times this morning to get through to stockbroking and I go through all the options just to be cut-off. When I did get to speak to a consultants he wasn't very helpful and transferred me.

I don't receive statements, no-one contacts me to discuss my shares account and then out of the blue I'm behind on the fees which I needed to smell.

I'm so tired of appalling service but quick to ask you for money.
