Frustrated Client

I am really frustrated, with FNB as a whole, the service I have received over the past few days has been nothing short of atrocious to say the least. Transferred from one department to the next with no resolution in sight. Its either you can help me or no your request is not possible, From the Branch to the secure chat its been a joke, the amount of time I have wasted in trying to resolve this has left me frustrated and feeling helpless.
