frustrated

I just got an sms from FNB notifiying me that my online banking has been blocked o prevent ***** and I should run antivirus scan the visit a branch.I mean im far away and can visit branch and can do transactions and i called useless private clients service who then sent me to ***** department who made me hold for more than 7min without attending my grievance .I cant recharge my cellphone.
