FRUSTRATED BY FNB INSURANCE

I have had this FNB insurance for over 3 _ 5 years and I never skipped an installment ever. On the 1st December 2025 I was unfortunately affected by the hail storm that damaged most of our properties in the Claremont Area.

I submitted my claim and waited on FNB to send evaluators. From the period of 2 Dec 2025 to 7 January 2026, FNB has sent about 7 - 10 evaluators to access the damage caused. I was notified that the claim was approved and are awaiting the damage report from the contractor.

That song has been played on my ear for the whole duration till today. It's like as if I have been ****med by the soo called FNB insurance. If you don't follow up your claim they forget about you. And still if you call they ll just make empty promises that they never keep.

My last conversation Thursday , I requested the gentleman to forward me the recording of the call where I raised my frustrations and it was never done. Are we been **** to when they say the recordings are done to cover both parties and will be made available if and when required.

I regret ever trusting fnb as my preferred bank and will be moving all my savings and investments to a bank that will look after me.
