Frustrated beyond believe.

I was pre-approved for a home loan extension by FNB and was invited to apply, so I did. Then nothing happened. I then contacted by Private Banker and we started the process. ALL went quite so I followed up, had to wait for the assessor, so I did. He came and went and all went quite again. Days later I followed up and was advised its being processed and fund transfer should happen 2 Fridays ago, well nothing happened and I followed up again. Then on Monday I was asked for my insurance, so I promptly sent that. I was advised in Monday that now everything is done and funds should o in Tuesday or Wednesday. Based on this information, I proceeded to sign off with builders to start the following Monday. Well today is Friday before the building start date and I am scrambling trying to find out what the hell is going on as you guessed it, nothing has happened. My real frustration is that alternative banks have been begging for me to join them and they will help me in 24hrs. I declined this trusting FNB, my mistake. I have been **** to, mislead and never had correct information. If FNB doesn't want my business, just say so, there others that will gladly have me as their loyal customer. I am now scrambling trying to take out temporary loans to cover commitments I made based on the lies from FNB. My frustration are the lies, tell me the truth and I will plan for it. WOWFNB what has happened to you guys. I have been loyal to you for so many years, ensure I do all my banking with you and or you subsidiaries. I can say I could recommend FNB to any of my friends that I like. Really sorry to see FNB fall from being best to, well I don't know what you guys are now.
