Frustrated beyond belief!

I have been given the run around between different institutions in order to sort out the necessary paperwork to complete the the details required by SARS for Emigration Tax clearance. When asking for the required form that SARS need, I was met with an unsure service consultant who duly consulted her Supervisor who advised her what to give me. After my second application to SARS I have now been advised that my TAX clearance has been declined due to the cash balance not balancing with their checks with you. I then went to the Rivonia branch where Mondi indicated that they had followed the wrong process as I was first required to complete an exchange control, which is done through forex. Banking times are till 17:00pm and forex was closed. The applicable form could not be released as this consultant did not have what was required. It was only 4:30pm whats the point of advertising opening hours when parts of your service offerings do ot subscribe to these times. In Short
