FRUSTRATED AND FURIOUS

Fnb is a horrible bank, they froze my account last year with no notice and I was the one who had to run around with investgators who are very unhelpful. Then they release the hold only to reverse the money and cause my account to be in the negative. I am extremely frustrated with this bank and their poor service. There is definitely some mismanagement happening here. How can accounts just be tampered with without our knowledge??! You are supposed to be a service provider not a headache
