Kindly note that you were erroneously refunded R 1 647.42 on 09 May 2023 which re-activated your loan account; monthly charges accrued on the outstanding balance which increased to R 1 915.84. The amount was then debited on 23 June 2023.

However, on 26 and 28 June 2023 you were refund R 74.54 and R 0.13 which is reflecting in your transactional account. On 04 July 2023, you were further refunded R193.79 which equates the amount you were refunded to R 268.42 which is the difference between R 1 647.42 and R 1 915.84. Please refer to your transactional account (bank account) to confirm the refunded amounts.

Honest to god i am sick and tired of this excuses of i was refunded and had to pay while money had been deducted 3 months double i only got refunded r1 647.42 which was my money then the loan had to be close but they reopened it and went and deduct again thus taking 1900 which is not suppose to be deducted i want my damn money stop making excuses for your error. They keep sending me this damn mails which can not be responded to and give this irrelevant excuses which is incorrect i want my money ! Theifs
