Frustrated and disappointed

My debit order for my FNB loan went off again this month even though my insurance claim was approved when I called the loans department on Tuesday and spoke to khaya , he told me that debit order would be reversed within 48hrs but still nothing, I've called in more than 3 times and I keep getting told they are working on it and the long weekend is coming up so I know if it's not fixed today I'll have to wait till next week. Last month I was fortunate to be transferred to the right department and the monies were reversed within 48hrs
