Frustrated!

I received an sms saying my card is ready for collection at a Branch with no other details, I always get a card via courier. I went to the chat option and spoke to Thero Thulare this person was asking me which card is being delivered? How would I know if the sms sent didn't say. FNB needs to get friendly staff who know what they are doing on their portals I felt very frustrated chatting to this person.

I need someone to urgently assist.
