Frustrated

I went to the branch today I wanted to do my GEPF bank forms only to be told that my account has been closed.Yes my account has been inactive for a period but I feel I was suppose to be notified because I am expecting payments from my former employer and from GEPF as well. Now FNB has inconvenienced me. COVID-19 did affect me I lost my job.Closing my account without notifying me I think is not proper.
