Frustrated

I want to complain against Boitumelo Mogane who is an investigating officer on a case where someone reported against me. I have emailed all the required documents to Boitumelo but she hasn’t responded to me, I have called her she hangs up the phone on me. The alleged vuctim sent an email to withdraw her case and send an affidavid but still my account is still blocked.

I need answers I get paid from the same account number
