Frustrated

good day, i cannot get hold of fnb by phone as they have these ridiculous answering machine mesgs that I must "speak" to..... I need to inquire about a dt order for R4576 that went off my acc.... I do not have or had a dt order for such an amount.... please advise and reverse charges.... ALSO... I WAS NOT ADVISED ABOUT COSTS IRO THE REVOLVING LOAN THAT WAS SMEARED OFF ON ME AT THE LANGEBAAN BRANCH... I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE PERSONS WHO SUGGESTED IT WHETHER THEIR WAS ANY COST INVOLVED AND THEY BOTH SAID NO..... NOW YOU HAVE DEDUCTED R240 From MY ACC... WHY.... CANCEL THE LOAN AS I DON'T NEED IT!!!! AND ADVISE ON THE DT ORDER!!!!!
