Frustrated

I have app**** for debt counseling 20 June 2024 - on 1 July 2024 the debit order of my home loan were deducted from my bank account. I was advised by the FNB debt review contact centre that there is still a power of attorney outstanding which then was send 04 July 2024. Since 08 July I keep phoning regarding the debit order that must be reversed which every consultant is telling me a different story. Till now there was no refund done or any feedback regarding this.
