Frustrated

I am not a client of First National Bank, but I got a shock when I got call from Lebogang Modjadji of FNB(Protea Gardens Branch) threatening my life. I logged a complain with FNB and a Mavis Peters contacted me to address the issue of which to date has not been resolved. I requested a recording of the call made from their offices and only told me after I followed up (4)four days that they do not keep such records.<br> <br> I believe whenever you call in it states that the calls are being recorded for quality and security purposes, so I ask are they falsely misleading us? <br> <br> Furthermore I have learned that Lebogang Modjadji has furthermore manipulated the system to gain my personal details to proceed further with her harassment. and even after all this Mavis still proceeds to state that its a personal matter. Please assist cause I'm beyond shocked.
