Frustrated

I did an EFT payment from an Absa account to my FNB account. The money didn’t reflect after 4 days and it got me worried that there might be something wrong. I contacted FNB to enquire whether my account is still working and they said it was inactive.

It is a rather large amount of money that I need to get back but I can get no information on how to reverse the payment or how to reactivate my account. I cannot go to my nearest branch because I live in China.

Is there anything I can do from here??

I didn’t get any notice that you would be closing my account or that it would become inactive. This is rather disappointing.
