Frustrated!

As much as i hate to talk down to this bank as i have happily banked with them since my student days i have to resort to this as a desperate attempt at resolving my tedious yet very simple task, i misplaced my fnb connect sim card months ago, upon my initial receipt of the sim card i received 2, i have since attempted to do a sim swap on the other sim and to order a replacement and both attempts have failed dismally over the past few months, i cannot action any cellphone banking or log onto my online banking as i need a OTP that I CANNOT RECEIVE BECAUSE I LOST THE SIM, my connect account has been put through the legal process as i cannot keep up with my account as i work in an extremely remote area and depend on cellphone banking to monitor my accounts, they have done a great job at hounding me for money i have no issue paying but in regards to my issue all promised calls have fallen through, if there is someone at fnb that is able to sort out this issue i need my number back either through a sim swap or a port out as soon as yesterday...i'm considering paying everything i owe and walking away from fnb as this has caused major issues with my e-wallet that now holds money i cannot access because of the sim not being handy, my finances and my personal life as ive had this number for over 10 years and my peers struggle to contact me unless they somehow locate my new number, please get back to me i need this sorted out.
