Frustrated

Wanted to withdraw ewallet, I couldn't... Apparently I'm supposed to have a zero account whatsoever. I called FNB help line. The following morning I went to the branch in Birchacres, the guys had no idea how the zero thing works and it was frustrating hence the lady I called yesterday reffered me to a branch which couldn't assist me. Train your stuff well FNB the service is terrible in some of the branches we visit. I'm changing to Capitec which makes things easier with regards to sending cash.
