Frustated loyal client
FNB Life ******** deductions
This is really ridiculous to say the least. Its been 2 weeks I have logged a complaint with the division directly and even sent a complaint on Hellopeter and still nothing has been done with regards to my problem.
I will go again and tell them to close the polo=icy and refund me my money or I will reports this to the Ombudsman.
FNB is pathetic honestly. they are just waiting for another month end and deduct some more money without resolving previous issues.
