Fruit flies

On the 7th April I went to FNB Oxford Street to open an account, but I just could not handle it, the branch was full of fruit flies that were flying all over. When I was commenting about it, with other customers they informed me that it has been a while since these fruit flies were there. Another one said it has been a month like that. As much as I preferred the branch to open the account, I couldnt, I had to leave the branch. I just felt sorry to also the staff that is exposed to this such health hazard and poor hygiene. even worse for us as customers and potential clients. Where is the health and safety officer of the branch. How can such a big branch be exposed to horrible unhealthy things. Even worse the fruit flies. Thank you. My number is ***
