Fruad that is on going and FNB doesn't want to help me

@FNBSA I have logged a ***** to fnb on the 3rd of June 2022 because my card was ****** and been used via toll gates, even today 18th July 2022 my matter was not resolved the card is still working and my - negative balance is on 7000 I right don't want to to at this moment

FNB your right now a problem to my life and my business how am I supposed to run a business with just depressed issue why can't you cancel the card and refund me, right I called to reverse some of the transaction that took place to but every kept saying they cannot assist me
