Fruad case and terminate my account

Hi bank have terminated my account account it’s been two month hold my money nothing sending me to my other account they teling me I have pending case in my account from 2022 they must finalised but I have send them supporting documents from 2022 they didn’t close my case the investigater who have hold my my account he dnt want to help me I have ask he can contact to those investigater ask them they must finish my case coz they dnt reply me or ans they phone this is my 3rd time puting review on hello peter coz every time I get cal from fnb then they will sort it out for then they disappeared I do not get any cal from them
