Fruad and compliant department

Hi this fnb it’s been 5 month now I am waiting for fnb to send my money to my other accounts fnb holding my money unnecessarily I have send all supporting documents they requested and even send them transactions history for hol last 6 month they still holding my almost r600000 I even requested fnb they can hold my money witch his reported other they money they can pay me out they didn’t come back to me no one from fnb contacted me fnb have terminated my both bank account still holding my money not happy with fnb service they should just hold that money was reported other they should have pay me no contact me
