Frozen FNB cheque acc***

My FNB account was frozen with my funds due to a person who disguised that he bought a fridge from me online from gum tree for R2500..which is not the case..I tried several time to contact the FNB ***** center it's not assisting..the case no is *** and the investigation person is Nomtandazo ***..pleas assist and advise.. thanks
