Frozen fnb aspire account

I had my account frozen by an alleged *****ulent money that came in my account Then I called FNB To hear what is the problem 2 days later i got an Email from Bervely Nukeri on behalf of FNB to provide the reason and proof of receiving the funds I did provide all i was asked I waited to hear back from FNB but nothing so I called the ***** line and explained that i have been waiting to hear from them and i was told Bervely is handling my case that I should call her I called several times the line hangs by itself the consultant put me through the same line that i was not able to reach Bervely then yesterday i sent her an Email again till today nothing .. it’s nearly month end i have to pay rent i am heavily pregnant and need to start my coming baby’s essential shopping and i cant because of the frozen account
