Frozen fnb account no reason. No notice. No warning

Well done FNB...my account is blocked out of the blue. No warning.no notice. What for? If its for fica...i cant get through to your useless call centres...cut off after pushing heaps of numbers then cut off. Why no notice? ********s and their toddlers ***** from our bank accounts with no problem but you freeze your clients account willy nilly. When ***** happens no accounts are frozen. Who is in charge of this bank? They should resign immediately. Hopeless.
