Frozen FNB account

I opened fnb account a week ago and I made 4 transaction of money out to my friend, my sister, big deal online shopping and spar and 5 transaction of money in from my friend, and big deal online shopping, Friday I went to withdrow money only to find out my account is frozen and I went to fnb no one could explain why my account is frozen the worst part I have to deposit money at home, please help me to find out what went wrong while I'm waiting for 7 days for fnb to call me and explain what went wrong.
