Frozen Business Account

Dear FNB and Shaun ****en,

Please explain to me why is my business account frozen? I went to great lengths last year, July (2023) to make sure that I clear my name with Southern African ***** Prevention Services. The declared me a victim of *****. I then sent all the documentation to the Great Shaun ****en. Today, 20 April 2020 my account is still under investigation by the mighty Shaun ****en!! what else do I they need to do to prove that I was a victim of ***** not a perpetrator - do you want my DNA??? I went through hell and back sending all kinds of documents and finally SAFPS declared me a victim of ***** and I sent Shaun ****en those documents. What more should i do at this point??
