Frozen bank acc/unhelpful bank

A client deposited funds into my business bank account and had 2nd thoughts after the deposit,

She ended up getting her funds back but fnb placed a hold on my business bank account.

Client went into capitec bank and they closed the case John Volmink was assigned as the investigating officer but no contact made from his side for 5 days !

Spoke to Zanele Manele in the ***** department that told me to just wait! She refused to escalate the complaint after i told her i had things to do on my business bank account
