Frozen bank accounts

We have two family trusts established in 1995 and with separate FICA approved FNB bank accounts. In July 2014, FNB Business Banking emailed me that they needed \ further information and verification pertaining to your business"(and presumably many others) and that they had engaged ENSafrica to assist them with this process. ENSafrica provided an extensive list of required information"
