Frozen bank account

Hi hellopeter on the 24 of May 2018 my account was frozen by my bank without any notification. So I went to the bank to find out what could be the matter. They said 2 of my clients where complaining about my services so they said I should go to the police station and make an affividavit to start the nature of business I do and relationship I have with the clients. I have send the affividavit the same day my account was frozen at the bank, while at the bank the consultant asked the lady who was handling this matter to explain to me the process of how this will be resolved. She said she has nothing to say to me and doesn't care,she later spoke with the consultant and said after 7 days they will send an investigating officer and they have never send the officer since then. They said the investigation will take 7 to 14 working days. Now it's been 31 days waiting and they have never called or shown any lead of their investigation. I have been going to the bank almost every day and they have been promising to call me but they didn't. All my funds are in that bank and it's been a month that I couldn't access, I sold my personal things so I can help feed my family and pay rent. Now I have resorted to take loans at loan sharks because I can't access my bank account. Please help resolve this matter
