Frozen bank account

We have a business account with FNB. My partner opened a new cheque account in his name separately. After using it for a month it was frozen without any notification. FICA documents were outstanding. Correct documents were submitted. We are pushing 4 weeks now! No word from FNB and NO access to his money. Can't pay any bills it's a nightmare....
