Frozen account with no notification

after two days of doing transactions making payments and paying wages, we realise that nothing is being paid, we phone support and they inform us that our account has been frozen because its FICA is not up to date, we have just recently did a signature update, and FICA documents were handed over. Surely if you a business client you should be given a notification of closure of account? What are relationship managers there for? We had to inform our relationship manager to help us ... we wait with anticipation ...

Reviewer Update
We found out that it was frozen because the word South Africa was missing from one of our documents ... FNB should put in place a policy that says if there is a problem with the account they should speak to the relationship managers first before they close any bank accounts without giving notice ...
