Frozen account since November , no one is willing to help

I have been waiting for an answer since November if I remember correctly but no help is available. I wrote about my bank being closed because ***** is suspected due to the funds that were deposited in me by someone who used a different name in the reference, the fnb people sent me an email with the details needed to start the investigation, I wrote to them and gave them the proof I have but still my account and my money are still closed I was hoping to buy Christmas clothes and food for the children but that didn't happen, it's the new year and now I have to buy school clothes and now I have no hope I will struggle but I have money in the bank. I'm asking for help, I don't know what to do
