FROZEN ACCOUNT & SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last year FNB emailed me requesting documents for FICA. I submitted everything & was told all was in order. 6 months later, my account was frozen without any telephone warning. I only received an sms to say the account is frozen & to phone a helpline for FNB business. I phoned the number ***) & the man I spoke to said he couldn't see anything outstanding, took my details down and promised to call me if anything changed. The next day my cheque bounced & I called the helpline again. The lady I spoke to said she can't tell me what documents are outstanding & she can't say when the account will be unfrozen. In the meantime I must just wait for someone from FNB to get back to me. Why does FNB have this helpline if they can't answer any questions related to frozen accounts! A week later, my account was still frozen & the helpline was proving useless so I went to my local branch in Fordsburg. Initially, no one could help me there either. I was told the business manager is on maternity leave (with no replacement) and there is currently no manager. HOW CAN A BANK NOT HAVE A MANAGER??? Currently, my account is still frozen. What do I do at month end when my debit orders fail?
