Frozen account for not good enough reason

Me and my Husband have a joint account and now they froze his account and He is overseas and can't do nothing that side And they can't help me although I have right to it now they just say they can't help me. Sorrie but this is not acceptable we wil change to another bank because they just don't do enough to help their customers
