Frozen account for no valid reason.
My account has been frozen without any notification. They claim that I have been laundering money from SARS but the money that FNB say is the reason they have frozen the account was deposited via ATM not even transferred. Now John who is handling my case is also not telling me why my account has not been activated yet and tells me that I should go to the pollice station to open a case and I don't know what the case will be against who if not against FNB. Poor service and ridiculous charges, excuses and arrogance.

20 Nov 2020, 17:47The message that was sent to me said I will be contacted shortly but still nothing and The number that you have provided *** says it does not exist. Waiting to use my hard earned my money is really no fair????????????. Bet there will be a lawyer that will take this case pro bono and sue you cause I stand a very good chance of suing you(FNB)
