frozen account for no reason
I am so upset i went to the atm to draw money and to my surprise my account has been frozen. I have no idea as to why they froze my account. last month money was taken from my account and till today no one even bothered to assist me and this month i cant use my account. how can they freeze my account without any notification to the reason. how do i manage now to pay my bills and buy food for my kids what type of service is this we trust you with our money and you decide what you want to do with my account.
