Frozen account for being listed but they never said anything before opening the account

Fnb is the worst bank ever ********s this once how can you open a business bank account for me and then when money comes in you freeze the account and me Im on safp after money has been deposited into the the bank account funny thing you wait for large amounts to freeze I used the app to buy airtime it was okay. Then a client pays for the service you freeze it and only now you are telling me that I'm listed what you are doing is crime you need to be stopped you can't just take peoples money like that 🤬🤬🤬
