Frozen account

On the 23 of December my account was frozen i went to the branch, i was told my account is on hold due to suspicion of ***** since then i have been calling them to find out about the progress of the case but till today i haven't got any assistance regarding the matter they told me to wait for investigators to contact me till today no one has said anything to me. The sad part is that my salary goes to that account i got paid on the 15th so now I'm struggling,i can't go to work because i can't afford to pay for Petrol, the rent is due, my kids can't go to school. Please help....😭😭😭
