Frozen account

FNB has frozen my business account with no reason what so ever iv been trying to call the ppl dealing with my case but dont get any help at all iv not been able to pay my stuff due to this !!!! They tell me to talk to Desiree Moonsamy iv tried calling emailing her with no reply from her . This is a business account how the hell must i do any business if FNB has frozen everything FNB is a load of bull **** !!!!
