Frozen account

Hello I received money from my cousin brother, he sent the money to my Tymebank account due to not having a card so I decided to sent to my FNB account so that I can withdraw ,what shocked me is when FNB frozen my accoun after deducting their R34 which I was on Negative after that freeze my funds ,they didn't even send me email or Sms to explain why ,I went to a branch in Eyabantu Mall in king Williams town to get clarity they checked and find nothing wrong I did buy they called some office numbers only to find out that my account was reported on the 9th of September if for what there's no explanation, they said I will be sent email or called by the investigator, I couldn't get money to go home , I give FNB Authority to reverse the funds as they were when they get into their account and also they can confirm to the person who sent me money or contact him My cousin brother, I'm totally disappointed in FNB to get me borrow money to go home while when I asked the money to my brother I knew I have no money to go home.
