Frozen account

Morning

On the 17th September 2019 I received a massage from fbn saying that my bank account was frozen because of someone who transferred money and later reported it as ****.. What happened is that I play online stokvel and on that particular day few people were allocated to pay me so the person in question changed her mind after transferring money into my account hence she reported it... I went to Fnb and call ***** department and was given case no:2*** and was told to email proof of payments but what worries me is that they said it might take up to 20 days for the issue to be resolved of which is not fair to me coz I need to use that account.

Good morning

Since the 25 September the issues above has not yet been resolve... Fnb was not of help, what they did was to send the money back to the lady who reported my account but up to now my account is still blocked!!! I don't understand why is my account not unblocked after i tried several times yo prove that this person was not ****med but she willingly joined the stokvel and send money to me as a participant. However the lady got her money back, please help unblock my account.
