Frozen Account before the weekend

So my account gets frozen on a FRIDAY afternoon at 2:20pm. <br> I'm told to submitted documents to my nearest branch or phone 087 . VIA SMS not even a phone call. <br> so my 1st PROBLEM is I leave work at 4pm on a FRIDAY......when must I get the chance to submit documents???? the 2nd problem is...the number they give me....THE PHONE DOESNT EVEN RING - My switch board says opposite hangup!!!!!<br> <br> so I have no time to get to a bank until NEXT WEEK SATURDAY....how do you expect me to access MY MONEY???? I work until 5 during the week and I work most weekends!! <br> <br> Surely before accounts are FROZEN, THE SUPPOSEDLY VALUED CLIENT SHOULD BE INFORMED to make the necessary arrangements, WHO'S account is this anyways??? <br> <br> (Thank you Kyle for the extremely good service you gave me, I do appreciate your help)
