Frozen account

I woke up and all my funds from my account were gone! Imagine my stress, cause there are NO notifications whatsoever or even an email to let me know what is going on.

I then called the call centre and they said oh the funds are frozen because we need confirmation if the funds deposited are legitimate. Now I can’t do anything because they say the turnaround time is 48hrs. What if I was at a petrol station and I needed to pay?
