Frozen Account and FNB doesn't know why

I opened a FNBy account for my son last week. When trying to transfer funds into the account I kept getting an error that the account is frozen. The call center advised that I will only be able to transfer funds into the account after receiving the card.

After receiving and activating the card, I still kept getting an error that the account is frozen when trying to transfer funds. The call center then advised I need to go to an ATM to deposit funds into the account to activate the account.

After going to an ATM and trying to deposit funds, the ATM kept cancelling the deposit and returning the cash.

Today after over 15 minutes with the call center, authenticating my ID and card number 5 times, being transferred to numerous other agents, nobody is able to assist or understands why the account is frozen.

THIS HAS BEEN AN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING PROCESS!!!

PLEASE RECTIFY!
