Frozen account

Good day I having a trouble with fnb banking my account was frozen due to someone reporting that I have kidnaped him and instructed him to pay money into my account.the person who reported my account is someone I was engaging in business with and I believe he is intentionally trying to sabotage me I tried calling fnb and went as far as reporting this matter to their complaints department from the 19-06-2023 got the reference *** and RP***.

I was told that the is an investigating officer handling my case send I tried to get hold of the person but failed as they say he is working remotely he has no direct line for calls.i sent him emails to call me but still he hasn't called me.
