Frozen account

Fnb?? Accounts frozen, no sms ,no email, no phone call to notify your customer that you will be freezing the account due to Fica...understandable that you need updated information but be professional!!!so many years banking with you..and only now you choose to be updated!

On friday I had an emergency as my kid was not well, only to find out I have no access to any funds ..

Documents have been sent can this be sorted before debit orders bounce!!
