Frozen account

i opened an account for my kids 4 months ago. The 1 account s frozen due to FICA documents which were sent 4 month ago. i check today and the damn account is still frozen. i called my private banker and 15 minutes later i am still holding listening to this music that's making noise in my ears. if they cannot open the account kindly bring back the money deposited and close the account immediately.
