Frozen Account

I received an sms on 03/02/16 from FNB requesting that I send through proof of address and a copy of my ID so as to have my account FICA compliant, although I have previously submitted such documents, it was stated that I had a 30 day period in which to respond. I responded on day 28 by sending the documents to my private banker who forwarded it to the FICA dept. I received an sms this morning (Day 29) stating that my account has been frozen. I contacted my private banker who was off sick and put through to another banker who stated 3 different reasons as to why my cohab form was not accepted by the FICA department, she then put me through to the FICA department, the gentlemen named Lebo then very graciously informed me that this matter would not be handled with urgency due to my late response and that I should have prioritised better. <br> I then spoke to his supervisor who was also gracious enough to provide me with the lecture. I eventually contacted the Internal Ombudsman who called a second banker. I subsequently emailed proof of address as a sanlam statement and one from SARS. I received an email 2 hs later stating that this is inadeq. I'm away from home without access to my fund
